223 Napier Street is a timeless addition to this leafy pocket of Melbourne’s inner north with Freadman White and Milieu’s design response drawing on collective memory of forms and materials, layered through subtle shifts formal play.
Timothy's ground floor, one bedroom dual-aspect apartment offers robust materiality and an understated character that takes cues from early modernist living. Perforated brickwork with metal and timber accents paired with a softening layer of cascading greenery create an urban retreat in Fitzroy's Golden Triangle.
Floor to ceiling mirror pivot doors act to both divide and open up the space, bouncing light through the interior for a full appreciation of the carefully layered material palette.
