Vision
Designed with the future in mind, this project has been considered for its positive impact on the local community. Comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments with emphasis on long-term liveability, the design centres on sustainable initiatives that will reduce the cost of living. Alongside the homes, the project will enhance the precinct through substantial improvements to public infrastructure and pedestrian access.
A Future–Focussed Arts & Culture Precinct
The Merri-bek Arts and Culture Precinct continues to evolve, fostering the arts and promoting health and wellness throughout the area. In delivering this project, we look forward to working alongside progressive organisations like Siteworks, whose research, programs and forthcoming site will be of great benefit to the precinct. Designed by Kennedy Nolan Architects and currently under construction, Siteworks will provide a new space for Blak Dot Gallery alongside affordable tenancies, services and amenities that will serve Brunswick for generations to come.
