Harrison Place, Fitzroy
Completed (2016)
Harrison Place is a unique project that provides flexible spaces geared towards a range of professional needs. The offering includes short-term to long-term leases across a range of spaces, from smaller desk-based operations, hot desk and shared offices to larger private studios.
Guided by a belief that openness and interaction lead to more positive and productive workplaces, the spaces are connected by shared amenities and communal areas that foster conversation and connection.
Since launch, the project has attracted like-minded occupants across architecture, design, landscaping, photography, web development and marketing. The site also accommodates events and gatherings that have led to strong ties with the local community.
Constructed in 1882 for local manufacturer Robert Harrison, the building is steeped in history and has long been a hub of commercial activity.
