50 Moor Street, Fitzroy
Completed (2014)
Situated in one of Fitzroy’s leafy urban pockets, 50 Moor Street speaks to its dynamic surroundings with a design that’s both refined and functional, elegant and industrial.
These five homes were the first expression of Milieu’s thoughtful approach to modern, community-focused living, and an exemplar of intelligent urban architecture. As our first project, 50 Moor Street served as a benchmark for future work.
Working with the site’s natural aspect, the open-plan interiors maximise natural light, fresh air and free movement, while the monochromatic palette and oak timber floors offer sophistication.
