Congress is both an extension of Peel by Milieu and a distinct venue with its own identity, designed to accommodate solo diners, small groups and larger gatherings.

Congress and Peel by Milieu were both created in collaboration with DesignOffice and their considered approach to interiors is evident throughout. Timeless, intimate and subtly sophisticated, the venue feels curated but not contrived.

Creating a space for residents, friends and locals to gather was an opportunity to establish authentic ties between the apartment, streetscape and community—a core tenet of Milieu’s design principles.
