120 Campbell Street, Collingwood
Completed (2017)
Situated in the heart of Collingwood, this pair of boutique vertical dwellings offers peace and quiet amid the excitement of the inner-north.
Focusing on two residences allowed for extensive levels of customisation and personalisation by occupants, to ensure the offering would meet their needs across a long span of time. The material palette of blackened steel, raw concrete and timber makes reference to the area’s industrial past and provides light-filled interiors across the five storeys, while the generous stairwell ventilates the building.
Homes are private, secure, and sophisticated, with each offering light-filled interiors, a private cinema, wine cellaring space, connected parking, and a rooftop terrace. Interiors feature creative use of joinery so that kitchens and living areas can be adapted to suit a range of lifestyles and activities.
