These five designer warehouses speak to Carlton’s industrial past in a contemporary form. Positioned between Lygon and Swanston Streets, they are a short walk to Melbourne University and Princes and Royal parks.

Designed with respect to the area’s heritage, while embodying the energy of modern design, the building’s original façade is reinvigorated by a newly built extension. Offering a fresh take on warehouse living, each home offers intuitively designed living space, and a private rooftop deck, connecting each dwelling to its inner city location.

Waterloo reinforces Milieu’s philosophy of creating spaces that contribute to the built environment, while positively influencing those who inhabit them. It is due for completion in mid 2016.
